My experience has been great, the staff is very friendly and polite. Little Wing cafe is a great addition, as well as the gym, lounge and pool. Worth it!

The bar in the 2460 Terrapin building has a lot of great qualities, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. To start, the customer service was good. It’s clear that they value their customers and work hard to provide a good experience. However, the prices of the drinks are definitely on the expensive side. While the quality of the drinks is decent, I’ve found that they don’t quite justify the high price tag. There are many spots in the area where you can get the same (or better) drinks for a more reasonable price. So, if you’re looking for a place where you can have a few drinks without breaking the bank, this might not be the best option. The cost could be a dealbreaker for those who are more budget-conscious. Another frustrating point is that while they offer Apple Pay as a payment method, it often doesn’t work. As someone who frequently uses Apple Pay for its convenience, it’s disappointing when the system fails, especially since they advertise it as an option. It can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you rely on contactless payment like I do. I hope they address this issue soon because it’s definitely a drawback for those who prefer digital payments over carrying cash or cards. On the food side, the menu is pretty limited. While the options they do have are good, there isn’t a lot of variety. If you’re someone who likes to enjoy a meal while drinking, you might find the menu lacking. It would be nice if they expanded the selection a bit to offer more choices, especially for those looking for more than just a snack. Overall, it’s a decent place with good service and a friendly vibe, but the expensive drinks, unreliable Apple Pay, and small food menu are things to consider before going. It’s worth a visit, but depending on what you’re looking for, these factors might affect your experience.

I had a wonderful tour at 2460 Terrapin, and my experience since moving in has been fantastic. The amenity space is impressive and it’s great that it’s shared with the hotel. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been positive and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. Upon move-in, the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I was particularly touched when the Little Wing shop brought over some pastries that were waiting in my fridge. I moved out August 2025 and miss my time there. I recommend giving the Baltimore Peninsula a chance if it fits your style! Jemeria and Miles are some of the kindest people you’ll get to interact with.
